Well, I intended to make this post last saturday when I decided to work on The Argonaut comicbook once again, currently I changed all the focus on digital art for a traditional approach, this is because I have some issues, specially related with work activities. I have no time to keep doing the comicbook the way I would like to, instead. Also, I got reported last week because Human Resources considered my iPad (the tool in wich I create all of my art projects) as a tool that wasn't considered on the development onf my activites (it is, but since it's not part of the documented tools of the company, therefore, it's "banned").

I'm not giving up in this comic, since I started the project idea back in 2021 as a school project. I love this characters that I created, they helped me during a rough period of life, and I want to share it somehow, I don't care how much time it takes to finish it. but since, I decided to work on some update posts, as a way to keep you all informed on my current state and the updates regarding the comicbook.

What it's the comicbook about? in short. think of a time, in a wolrd similar to ours, where giant monsters attack the earth, and it's only savior, it's a giant robot controlled by a little girl. This is The Argonaut! a comicbook that should (and would) be posted sometime in all my social media (Facebook, Instagram, NewGrounds, DeviantArt, etc.) Interested? follow me! you won't regret!

Hi! Well, as you read in the title, I hope you all had a great mother's day celebration!

as some of you may know, My mother was sick during a long period of time, she developed a condition known as dermatomyositis, this condition attacked her muscles, she lost 80% of her muscle mass and the ability to maintain herself up, I used to help with the medical fees for some time along with my father, It was a hard period of 2 and a half years frecuenting Doctor's Office. One thing to emphasize is that my mom never really liked my choice of studying Graphical Design and Communications, She always mentioned the communications part, never really understood why I like to do arts, crafts, fandub and all the other things that you me know me for.

Her medical condition make our communication more dificult, one of the doctor's once said, it was a Miracle that she can talk at all, and that made me feel nervious in different ways, because whenever I talked to her, I was afraid she were no longer with us, sometimes she just stare at nothing, or she won't reply to a conversation because of it. I remember one time where she said "Do not waste your time here, If I'm no longer with you, don't stop doing what you like to because of me". that resonated a lot. I started working on emergency commissions, and paid for more than $500 dolars on Medical Fees, I was determined to help doing what I like, even If she don't understand what I really do.

Now, in 2025, after a long period of rehabilitation, medical prescriptions and a lot of Interactions with people with similar conditions, we have properly celebrated mother's day. I bought some flowers, a cake and a pair of earrings for her, she looks happy, a bit tired at times, but she has a great spirit that never surrendered to her medical condition. We talk a lot about projects, about stuff, about a little bussiness together.

What I'm trying to say, it's that family isn't perfect, that she may don't quite understand you,but she cares about you and loves you inconditionally, that She doesn't care if she's liteally dying, she wants you to keep going no matter what. In short, She loves you, Love your mom, enjoy your time with her, sometimes you don't know when the last time will be when you'll be able to have a conversation with her
